Leon Haasbroek

Hi, I'm Leon Haasbroek — founder of The Company Buddy and an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. With a B.Com Law and LLB from the North-West University, and experience advising 800+ corporate clients across South Africa, I've seen how overwhelming — and often unnecessarily expensive — legal and compliance services can be for business owners.

Too many essential services, from company registrations and CIPC filings to governance and compliance support, are either overcomplicated or overpriced by traditional providers. Kellerman Lubbe

Hi, I'm Kellerman Lubbe — a director of The Company Buddy and an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. I obtained my BA Law and LLB degrees from North-West University (Potchefstroom Campus) before relocating to Pretoria, where I completed my articles at a boutique law firm in Hatfield. After gaining valuable practical experience, I was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2021.

My areas of practice include Insurance Law, Civil Litigation, and Debt Collection, where I assist businesses and individuals with navigating disputes, managing legal risk, and recovering outstanding debts. Through my experience in litigation and dispute resolution, I have developed a practical, results-driven approach focused on achieving efficient and effective outcomes for clients.

In addition to serving as a director of The Company Buddy, I am also the director of L&S Attorneys and the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Connections. My involvement in both the legal and property sectors provides valuable insight into regulatory compliance, risk management, and the real-world challenges faced by businesses and entrepreneurs.

My approach is straightforward and solution-focused — providing clear legal guidance and practical strategies that help businesses protect their interests and resolve challenges effectively.
